Cancellation Policy

I understand conflicts may arise unexpectedly, however when you do not call to update me, or simply choose to not show up to your scheduled appointment at all, I do not have time to fill your spot, and lose out on that income for that open slot. Failure to Cancel a booked or confirmed appointment after a 24 Hour time frame, or a no-call/no-show appointment will result in a 50% charge of the canceled appointment cost. This will either be charged to a card on file, or noted on your account. Multiple offenses will result in a 100% charge of the appointment cost, and possibly being released as a Client.
